Disclaimer

All the information on EmilyRoseCoaching.com is published in good faith and for general information purpose only. Emily Rose Inc. does not make any warranties about the completeness, reliability and accuracy of this information. Any action you take upon the information you find on this website (EmilyRoseCoaching.com), is strictly at your own risk. Emily Rose Inc. or any affiliated company will not be liable for any losses and/or damages in connection with the use of our website.

By submitting payment to Emily Rose Coaching, you are acknowledging that you have read, agree to, and accept all of the terms and conditions in this agreement.

Exclusion of Liability

Emily Rose Coaching’s entire liability, and the purchaser’s exclusive remedy, shall be a refund of the price paid or replacement of our products, at our option. We limit replacement to thirty days. All remedies are limited to the United States.

This offering is a contract between you, the buyer, and Emily Rose Inc., the seller. The seller is located in Texas, U.S.A. and by doing business with Emily Rose Inc. you agree that this offering is made from Texas, U.S.A. and shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas and the U.S.A. By electing to participate in this offer, you are entering into a contract.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any legal action arising out of this Agreement shall be litigated and enforced under the laws of the State of Texas. In addition, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Texas, and that any legal action pursued by you shall be within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Texas, USA.

The terms constituting this offering are set forth in writing on this Web site. You hereby agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the State and Federal Courts located in Texas, U.S.A. to resolve any disputes or litigation hereunder. Whether or not you choose to print this offering, containing the terms and conditions as described herein, you agree that this contract constitutes a writing.

This agreement is being written in English, which is to be the official language of the contract’s text and interpretation. If you do not agree with the above terms and conditions, you have the option to not participate in this offer.

Coaching

Coaching differentiates from therapy as it is future-focused. While we may explore the past when fears come into conversation, these coaching services are not in any way to be construed as, or a replacement for, psychotherapy, legal counsel, or medical advice. If you have a history of mental illness, it is advised you be prepared to work with a therapist in conjunction with coaching, as a coach is not a licensed counselor/psychotherapist.

As your coach and support, you can count on me to:

• Help you see new avenues of possibility through open inquiry, reflections, and story-identification

• Assist you in recognizing the blocks and patterns that stand in the way of forward movement

• Provide honest and authentic feedback in a safe and supportive way

• Speak from an psychic and intuitively guided space

• Continually remind you of the direction of your joy and help keep you in your flow

• Assign reading material and weekly and/or daily exercises that help you change your undesired habits and inspire you to hold yourself accountable 

I request that you as my client:

• Stay open to new possibilities for your future vision and self-growth, as well as release preconceived notions of what next steps look like or how your immediate future might unfold  

• Be open to taking new perspectives, learning new material, and challenging the way you currently think of yourself in the world

• Communicate with me honestly about what is or is not working for you in our time together

• Take 100% responsibility for your actions and achievements

• Be willing to hold yourself accountable for booking calls and being honest with me

• Commit to fulfilling all actions we agree will be taken during our calls (even if that action is taking a break/rest)

• Be open to practicing self-compassion as we lean into the discomfort that can arise with change and growth

• Be on time to our calls and distraction-free

Our agreement states:

You agree not to hold Emily Rose Inc., Emily Rose Coaching, or any company I am affiliated with liable for any outcomes resulting directly or indirectly from the coaching process.

All payments made are non-refundable.

In between regularly appointed coaching sessions, we will be in touch via texts, calls, and emails as needed. You are welcome and free to reach out to me anytime (text is preferred to email). I will strive to reply within 24 hours, but if you find that you need immediate assistance, please contact your therapist, a medical professional, or 911 in the case of an emergency.

Client Notice of Rights / Confidentiality

As a client of Emily Rose Inc., you have the following rights regarding the confidentiality of your personal information and communications with Emily Rose Coaching:

1. The information that you provide to Emily Rose Coaching will be kept confidential to the greatest extent allowed by law.

2. You may choose what information you want to provide to Emily Rose Coaching. You will not be denied access to services if you choose to not provide certain identifying information.

3. The information that you provide to Emily Rose Coaching, including your name, address, phone number, and other personal information will not be shared with other individuals or agencies without your permission.

4. Emily Rose Coaching staff may be required by law to report certain situations even if you don’t give them permission to share or report the situations, such as suspected child abuse or neglect, threats to self or others, commission of a crime, elder or at-risk adult abuse. Staff and owner will inform you of any reporting requirements prior to having conversations with you and will tell you when they must make a report and what information will be shared. Even when these reports are made, Emily Rose Coaching will not share information beyond what is required by law.

5. Some general information about the types of services provided and overall demographics (e.g., age and income ranges, average number of children, ethnicities) of people that use Emily Rose Coaching services must be shared with the agencies that fund Emily Rose Coaching. However, information that specifically could identify you as someone who used Emily Rose Coaching services will never be shared unless specifically authorized in writing by you.

6. After your intake with Emily Rose Coaching, you may choose to be referred to other agencies for additional help and support.

7. You can decide how much or how little of your personal information, will or will not be shared by Emily Rose Coaching with each partner agency. You will be told, in general, what each partner’s obligations are to keep your information confidential. If you choose to have Emily Rose Coaching share some of your personal information with an agency we partner with, you will be told exactly how and what information will be shared. If you later decide that you don’t want the information you have provided to be shared with any of Emily Rose Coaching partners, let us know and we won’t share any more information with those partners.

You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program or product, or any subset of the licensed program or product, except as provided for in this agreement or expressly in writing. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

Our company reserves all rights not expressly granted here.
